Senior Bridge Engineer – Horrocks

Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 / year

Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.

• Design, evaluate, and check sheets/calculations for highway/railroad/pedestrian bridges and other transportation structures
• Prepare designs, quantity take‐offs, cost estimates, and specifications
• Work in cooperation with bridge staff to deliver PS&E contract documents on time and within the project budget for local agencies, federal agencies, and state DOTs
• Perform or check bridge designs using CSi Bridge, MIDAS, VBent, PG Super, LEAP, BRASS, Mathcad, and/or other bridge software
• Establish and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and that client objectives are met
• Build a strong regional presence for the firm in transportation and structural engineering
• Serve as Structures lead for projects, coordinating staff and design efforts

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered PE license
• 8 to 15+ years of experience
• Willingness to work on projects locally or in workshare with other offices; some travel required (
