Full-Time Licensed Massage Therapist

Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork on Main Street in Pleasant Grove is looking for a licensed massage therapist to provide custom‑tailored therapeutic massage treatments for our clients and to collaborate with our onsite doctor and patient care team for a seamless client experience.

• Monday – Thursday: 12:00 – 4:30
• Saturday: 9:00 – 4:30

Orientation is scheduled on the Friday prior, typically before 2:00 pm.

• Tuesday: 9:00 – 4:30
• Wednesday: 12:00 – 7:30
• Thursday: 12:00 – 7:30
• Friday: 12:00 – 7:30
• Saturday: 9:00 – 4:30

Monthly compensation is performance based; the low end ($3,000.00) is 70% booked with an estimated $10.00 gratuity. Minimum pay per hour and commission breakdown are listed below.

• $23.00 per hour (per clock hour, not massage hour)
• Performance bonuses for float packages, retail product sales, and overall contribution to company revenue.

• Perform therapeutic massage sessions with excellent client service.
• Carry out a variety of tasks related to providing an amazing client experience.
• Recommend services and self‑care tools/products for optimal client outcomes.
• Perform client administrative tasks related to services provided.

• 1+ years of experience in retail, restaurant, or service industry positions.
• 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Basic understanding of Google Apps and various cloud‑based programs.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Professional writing skills and legible handwriting.
• Ability to navigate a SOAP Note/Patient treatment notes.
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead.
• Willingness to fill in where needed.
