We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can own mission-critical customer deployments, solve hard integration challenges, and work directly with founders, enterprise partners, and high-scale customers. This is a hybrid role that blends senior engineering

• Lead customer deployments end-to-end. Own the technical implementation for new logos and major enterprise accounts—config, integrations, debugging, data flows, and agent behavior.
• Integrate deeply with customer systems. Work with Service Titan, Field Routes, Housecall Pro and other CRMs/OSPs using Python, REST, Graph
  
  QL, webhooks, and custom tooling.
• Instrument and scale AI agents. Deploy and tune our adaptive persona policies, Pydantic-validated tool calls, call flows, and retrieval layers.
• Be the technical point of contact. Join customer calls with owners, COOs, and revenue leaders. Translate business goals into the right implementation.
• Solve messy real-world problems. Fix the “unknown unknowns,” especially the ones happening in production (call routing, scheduling mismatches, data weirdness, etc).
• Influence the core product. You’ll work closely with our founders and engineering team to drive new features based on customer problems you uncover.
• Create repeatable playbooks. Turn one-off fixes into processes, tools, and automations that help us scale.

• Strong engineering fundamentals. Python is ideal. Experience working across APIs, webhooks, data models, and distributed systems.
• You love solving problems with customers. You’re comfortable talking to owners and operators and asking good questions.
• Bias for action. We ship fast and expect everyone to own outcomes.
• You enjoy ambiguity. Most of your work will be integrating AI agents into environments that have quirks—old data, inconsistent flows, edge cases, etc.
• Experience with SaaS or integrations. Bonus if you've worked with scheduling systems, CRMs, or AI platforms.
• High standards. We take pride in clean configs, predictable behavior, and dependable systems.

Compensation
$95,000 to $135,000 + Bonuses
