- Bi‑lingual (English + Spanish).
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (do not accept FNPs).
- Must be an experienced PMHNP with at least 2 years of experience.
- Must have or be able to obtain prescriptive authority.
- Must have or be able to obtain DEA number.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Prefer candidates focused on child and adolescent populations.
