Engage with Melty guests, guide them through the ordering process and make sure they are thrilled with their “memorable” experience. Make every order a masterpiece in both look and taste. Handle some opening and closing duties.

• Warmly greet and engage each guest
• Assist guest in selection process
• Responsible for accurate cashing, including opening and closing accounting duties
• Enter orders into the point of sale (POS) system, collect payment, provide correct change, etc.
• Have basic understanding of cooking and serving food, and can read and follow basic recipes and procedures
• Measure and assemble ingredients to create melt sandwiches, sauces, sides and desserts
• Have ability to operate and/or familiarity working with food slicer and kitchen knife
• Embrace and promote all facets of Melty Principles
• Exhibit job and product knowledge to accurately support all functions at a Melty restaurant

• No prior experience or training necessary
• Previous guest service and/or food & beverage experience preferred
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation or reliable use of public transportation
• Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment
