We’re looking for someone who takes pride in being the best at what they do — a skilled professional who communicates clearly, delivers quality, and takes ownership of every job. Someone dependable, driven, and confident enough to discuss pricing and value with customers while building trust.

You might be the right fit if you:

• Have extensive (ideally 10+ years) of professional experience across multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and light electrical work
• Are organized, self-motivated, and take initiative without needing constant direction
• Know how to close a job professionally, ensuring both satisfaction and profitability
• Work with patience, confidence, and care for every homeowner you meet
• Are comfortable using technology, especially tools like Service Titan for scheduling, estimates, and communication
• Have availability to work a typical Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional weekend or mixed schedules
• Provide your own basic tools and equipment necessary to complete a wide range of handyman projects

• Complete a wide range of residential and commercial projects, from small repairs to larger remodels, including decks, fences, and bathroom, kitchen, or basement projects
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office team

All new Service Professionals begin with a short training and onboarding period designed to set you up for success. During this time, you’ll shadow experienced team members, learn our systems, and understand our customer service standards and workmanship expectations.

During training, compensation is set at a pre-determined hourly rate. Once you’re confidently and independently serving customers, pay transitions to our standard performance-based structure with bonuses and incentives for excellence.
