Compensation: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour

Position Overview: The Banquet Server supports the successful execution of private events at our country club by handling all aspects of set‑up, service, and breakdown. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, enjoys fast‑paced event environments, and takes pride in creating polished, memorable experiences for members and guests. Hours vary based on scheduled events.

• Event Set‑Up — Prepare banquet spaces according to event orders, including tables, linens, chairs, buffets, décor, service stations, and equipment
• Service Execution — Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during events, following club standards
• Breakdown & Reset — Clear rooms, store equipment properly, reset spaces, and ensure areas are left clean and organized
• Operational Support — Assist with polishing glassware/silver, stocking supplies, moving equipment, and other duties as assigned
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with banquet captains, culinary staff, and fellow servers to ensure smooth event flow

• Prior banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing event needs
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Part‑time, hours vary based on event calendar
• Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays
