Youth Homes Thrift Shop is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain inventory flow from donation intake to sales, and support the Shop Manager in running a mission-driven, well-organized shop. You’ll lead front- and back-of-house activities, supervise youth/DOR employees, and ensure outstanding service for customers, donors, partners, and volunteers.
The role offers full-time hours (30-32 per week) with regular weekend and evening shifts and eligibility for benefits.
