Pleasant Hill Post Acute is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and compassionate LVN with immediate availability to work.
Pleasant Hill Post Acute is ranked "Five Stars" by Medicare and named "Best Nursing Home" by U.S. News and World Report. We are a 49 bed facility with outstanding physical therapy programs to help those with post hospital care needs to transition home. We are conveniently located off the 680 and walking distance from the Pleasant Hill BART.
We are willing to train new LVNs and we always welcome experienced LVNs.
