Join Our Dedicated Nursing Team Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time NOC shift. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.

Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.

Respond to resident needs and emergencies during the NOC shift.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and facility staff.

Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Support a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents.

Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications Current and active California RN license.

Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively during the overnight shift.

Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
