Winston Retail seeks a detail‑driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will style mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend‑forward shopping experience, ensuring clothing is organized and presented to reflect brand identity and attract customers.

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales across apparel and hard‑line merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed on time.
• Submit store visit reports, including before‑and‑after photos and written feedback, using the Winston app on a smart device.
• Use a compatible smartphone:
  • iOS: iPhone 11 or newer.
  • Android: 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling).
• Portfolio of work (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
