Store Leadership: Sales & Customer Experience Lead

Torrid in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Keyholder to support the store management team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll help open and close the store, model strong selling skills, and ensure the store meets KPI goals.

You’ll assist with merchandise execution, maintain a clean, inviting environment, handle register transactions, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.
