Bilingual Regional Field Sales Manager – Southern California
Join Western Union as a regional manager responsible for leading account management, marketing, sales, and overall network performance in Southern California.
Role Responsibilities- Lead field sales teams to exceed Signing & Activation Goals in key cities/towns/zips.
- Analyze market data and Company reports to address market performance trends and capitalize on opportunities.
- Manage 5‑8 Account Executives and Territory Sales Executives; hire, train, develop, and direct them.
- Develop and execute plans to increase revenue and profit through team leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, standards, and requirements.
- Accountable for all channels, brands, and products – deliver transaction volume, revenue, distribution, merchandising, and service quality.
- Manage Sales and Development expense budget to achieve plan.
- Revenue responsibilities: $25M–$50M annually; agent count: 2,000–5,000.
- Acquire new agents and consumers; maximize same‑store sales; retain and extend key network relationships; reduce agent attrition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related area (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in sales or related fields.
- Previous sales management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
- Negotiation and creative problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Prior money transfer or financial services experience preferred.
- Travel anticipated 40–50%.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full‑time.
On‑target earnings: $90,000–$100,000 base per year + commission.
