• A passionate follower of Jesus with a deep love for students.
• A natural connector, communicator, and leader.
• Experienced in student ministry (paid or volunteer), with a vision for discipleship and outreach.
• Creative, organized, and a team player.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow weekly student gatherings that are engaging, fun, and Christ-centered.
• Build relationships with students, parents, and volunteers.
• Develop and disciple student leaders.
• Partner with church staff to align the student ministry with New Life’s mission and values.
