Be among the first 25 applicants for the Genesis Service Technician position. The Technician is responsible for repairs, inspection, and maintenance of used vehicles brought to the dealership. Must maintain inspection and emission licenses and certifications.

• Test vehicle parts and systems for correct operation.
• Identify mechanical problems using diagnostic equipment.
• Follow checklists to ensure all checks are conducted on each vehicle.
• Perform basic to advanced maintenance including oil changes, tune ups, transmissions, tire rotations, and electronic/air conditioning systems.
• Replace and/or repair worn parts.
• Assist Service Manager and Service Advisers in dealing with customers.
• Explain automotive problems to customers when necessary.
• Maintain all dealership-mandated training.
• Abide by government regulations.
• Comply with Bowser safety policies and procedures.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid state inspection and emission license.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to multitask.

• Standing/walking/bending/stooping approximately 8 hours/day.
• Ability to lift no more than 50 lbs. at a time.
