Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $ Annually

The Ocenco Group is a collection of manufacturing companies that engineer, build and sell various types of personnel safety equipment for military, railway, maritime, mining, public safety, and industrial markets globally. We have a total of 17 operations in 14 different countries. We are privately held and headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

As Ocenco Inc. grows, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead key areas of corporate accounting and support our financial operations.

The Accounting Manager will lead and develop high performing team while strengthening accounting processes, internal controls and reporting. Work hands-on to drive accuracy, efficiency and meaningful improvements across our international operations.

• Manage daily operations of Ocenco Inc.’s accounting team, strengthening internal controls, improving processes and supporting ERP system enhancements.
• Coach and develop staff accountants, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.
• Oversee key accounting areas such as financial and cost accounting, leases, fixed assets, cash and other operational accounting activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation, analyzing results and variances to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
• Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Responsible for Global reporting and consolidation.
• Responsible for Global budgeting, financial analysis and data management.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• CPA designation with 5+ years of accounting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a manufacturing and corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation or system enhancements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  Acumatica or similar ERP systems a plus.
