Senior Tax Associate

We’re looking for a Senior Tax Associate who thrives on complex problem-solving, multi-state tax preparation, and building trusted client relationships.

In this role, you’ll manage a variety of corporate and individual tax returns across multiple states and jurisdictions , while helping clients plan ahead, stay compliant, and minimize their tax liabilities.

• Prepare federal and state corporate tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare income tax projections and identify planning opportunities
• Research and respond to tax notices
• Organize and analyze client financial information to ensure accurate reporting
• Identify and apply tax deductions and credits to minimize liabilities
• File tax returns electronically or on paper on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on tax liabilities and compliance best practices
• Stay current with IRS, state, and local tax laws to ensure full compliance
• Establish, maintain, and update client records

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
• 3-5 years of experience preparing corporate and individual tax returns
• Multi-state tax experience required
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Ultra Tax preferred
• Strong research skills and working knowledge of tax law and compliance
• High level of accuracy, detail orientation, and organization
• Excellent client communication and advisory skills
