KNL is on the lookout for a Construction Safety Manager to join our team, operating directly onsite with our client. This role is key to ensuring a safe and compliant work environment by identifying violations of health and safety laws, creating action plans for compliance, and educating staff about health and safety protocols.

• Assess equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Monitor staff to evaluate their adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Host presentations to educate staff about health and safety laws.
• Create plans for the company to follow in order to remain compliant with health and safety laws.
• Investigate workplace accidents to evaluate how safety measures can be improved.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the safety industry.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Extensive knowledge of health and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Degree in safety management or equivalent (or equivalent experience).

• OSHA 500 or 501 CHST certification.
• Experience with large-scale projects.
• Background in construction.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
