- Ability to attend business-critical meetings to contribute to solutions for emerging issues and participate in cross-functional team meetings.
- Experience leading or participating in Continuous Improvement Programs to enhance service quality for customers.
- Operational support skills for Customer Service management.
- Ability to create reports to monitor organizational effectiveness by determining operational metrics and reporting on service performance.
- Skills to monitor and evaluate Customer Service Representatives' (CSR) phone interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCP), consumers, distributors, pharmacies, etc., against established metrics, and provide ongoing feedback to supervisors for performance discussions.
