Senior Analyst FP&A Manufacturing – HARIBO International
Location:
Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States – Permanent, Full‑time, Onsite (limited remote flexibility).
Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role supports forecasting, planning, and business performance across our confectionery factory operations. As a key member of the Finance team at the factory, you will analyze results, build financial models, and deliver insights that influence decisions across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Support annual planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Deliver insights and reporting that shape strategic and operational decisions.
- Partner cross‑functionally to evaluate profitability, cost efficiency, and growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and enhance reporting through SAP and BI tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6+ years of FP&A, Controlling, or related finance experience in Confectionery, Food, or CPG.
- Advanced Excel and SAP/BI proficiency.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to partner across teams and translate insights into action.
- Preferred: MBA/CPA/CMA, experience in a global organization, and Power BI or automation tools expertise.
