Position Responsibilities- Analyze customer data and common business documents such as invoices, tax exemption certificates and financial statements.
- Contact customers on the phone or over email to assist them with financial matters.
- Build successful partnerships with key internal teams and with vendors.
- High school diploma or equivalent:
Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Receivable Associate, Cash Applications Specialist and Tax Specialist. - Bachelor’s degree:
Credit Analyst and Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within team settings.
