• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU), First Floor
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Start Date: December 29, 2025
• End Date: March 30, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Nursing Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), every other weekend
• Hours per Week: 36
• Number of Openings: 4
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,090–$2,150 per week

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Active Wisconsin or Compact RN license (required at submission)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be in hand at submission)
• Strong CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) skills
• Travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Ability to float to IMCU (stepdown) as needed
• Two supervisor references from the past year, including one from most recent/current assignment
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Latex allergies cannot be accommodated

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the ICU
• Manage and monitor patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• Perform advanced ICU procedures: arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, and CRRT
• Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and dysrhythmias
• Administer emergency medications and titrate cardiac/vasoactive drips
• Assist with chest tube insertion/removal, fresh tracheostomy care, and post-surgical management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Float to IMCU (stepdown) unit as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic (preferred)
