Job Overview
The ATC US HR Generalist will provide both administrative and strategic HR support for ATC operations within the United States. This role will ensure consistent delivery of onboarding, training, compliance, mobility coordination, and employee relations support across all ATC-related US operations. The Generalist will serve as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring smooth HR service delivery and compliance with applicable policies and laws.
Responsibilities- Deliver full onboarding for both ATC and Arvato, including coordination of IT account setup and processes, tailored to the US context.
- Request and coordinate ATC IT account setup.
- Oversee ordering and distribution of PPE and uniforms across all US sites.
- Manage the ATC Academy (LMS) for the US workforce and coordinate delivery of technical, H&S, and client site training and inductions.
- Become acquainted with the ATC org structure and become fully familiarized with their standard job specifications.
- Support full-cycle recruitment for ATC positions, including assisting with the creation, posting, and ongoing management of job requisitions for U.S.
-based roles. Coordinate travel and provide documentation support for US-based employees, mobilizations, and international visitors. - Support US immigration, visa, and relocation processes, ensuring documentation and compliance.
- Support employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies, legal compliance, and performance matters.
- Oversee HR compliance tasks, including support for Quality, Health & Safety (H&S) documentation, audits, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate and process new hire documentation and support accurate and timely benefits enrolment.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support across HR, payroll, and benefits-related matters.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention by supporting and coordinating recognition initiatives and team-building activities.
- Carry out additional HR administrative duties as required to support day-to-day operations in the US.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Coordinator in a warehouse, distribution, data center, or logistics environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels, including operations, business leaders, and peers.
- Ability to travel to US sites up to 50% of the time.
- 1+ years of experience with reporting, timekeeping, and payroll systems (experience with Ultipro and Kronos is a plus).
