Uline, a family‑owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Sourcer to serve its Uline headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

12575 Uline Dr., Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. All positions are on‑site.

• Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking and other sourcing tools.
• Partner with HR teams and hiring managers to define role requirements and align recruitment efforts.
• Interview candidates at all levels to support hiring needs across Uline’s North American locations.
• Monitor industry trends to anticipate recruitment challenges and identify opportunities.
• Manage relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent sources, and represent Uline at career events.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Recruiting or talent‑sourcing certification preferred.
• Strong research, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Uline’s North American locations.
