Own and lead the end-to-end governance of master data domains across the enterprise (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Product, Material, Financial).

Responsibilities:
  • Define, develop, and maintain master data management (MDM) policies, data standards, operating procedures, and data quality rules.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for master data governance—ensuring adherence to policies and alignment with enterprise data strategy.
  • Drive data quality initiatives, including profiling, issue identification, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to establish data stewardship models and embed governance practices into operational processes.
  • Lead data governance workshops, working sessions, and policy reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Monitor compliance with master data standards and proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Support system implementations and upgrades by providing governance and master data expertise to project teams.
  • Document and communicate governance frameworks, procedures, roles, and responsibilities to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comply with all Company rules, regulations and policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required, master degree a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in master data management, data governance or enterprise data roles
  • Deep knowledge of master data domains (Customer, Vendor, Product, etc.) and related business processes
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while influencing cross functional stakeholders
  • Confidence in navigating between business and technical terms
  • The ability to create clarity in ambiguous or evolving data environments
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple projects while still achieving deadlines
  • Great organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
Additional

Skills:
  • Strong computer experience including, Microsoft Suite (including Power Point and Excel) required
  • Background using SAP S/4

    HANA required
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
Work Environment:
  • Typical office environment
  • Offices with equipment noise
  • Offices with frequent interruptions
  • Mostly indoor office environment with windows
