The Compliance Manager provides technical direction for trade compliance, ensuring adherence to global regulations. The role involves managing import/export programs, ensuring compliance with U.S. laws (EAR/ITAR), handling licensing, conducting audits, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive compliant business outcomes.

• Manage and improve export/import compliance programs, including broker management.
• Ensure compliance with export/import regulations: assist with policy implementation, licensing, documentation, investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Respond to compliance requests from customers.
• Develop and maintain compliance with government regulations, including FAR/DFARS, CMMC, and others.
• Establish additional compliance programs such as Anti-corruption and Data Privacy.
• Perform third-party screening to ensure lawful business relationships.
• Maintain required registrations and manage document retention policies.
