Role
IT Infrastructure Operations Lead
LocationPleasant Prairie, WI
Duration2‑3 months contract with possible extension
Key Requirements- Willingness to relocate at own expense (no travel expenses covered by the client)
- Valid visa with at least 6 months remaining
- First round interview via video; second round face‑to‑face at client's office. Client will reimburse or book flights for travel, regardless of interview outcome
- At least 10 years of technical experience
- Oversee, guide, and represent L2 support teams (Windows, RHEL, Middleware, Telecom, Network Administrators)
- Develop innovative strategies to optimize IT infrastructure operations
- Implement cutting‑edge technologies to enhance system performance
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure efficient operations
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to streamline operations
