Program HighlightsGain hands-on experience in distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing and logistics.
Rotate through different roles over 18-24 months while learning from experienced mentors.
Upon completion, step into a full-time role in supply chain operations role based on your interests and company needs.
Develop foundational knowledge of Uline's supply chain operations, systems and processes.
Contribute to supply chain projects that improve efficiency and support growth.
Travel to Uline's North American locations to gain hands-on experience across the business.
Analyze business data and reporting to enhance operations.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering or a related field.
Available to travel and spend several weeks at Uline's North American locations as needed.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
