Base Pay Range

$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintain accurate inventory, optimize warehouse processes, and supervise a team of warehouse personnel. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficiency, safety, and productivity in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Staff Management
  • Supervise warehouse staff, including warehouse associates, forklift operators, and other support personnel.
  • Assign workloads, delegate tasks, and schedule shifts based on operational needs.
  • Lead onboarding training, and ongoing development programs for warehouse employees.
  • Foster a positive team‑oriented work culture, encouraging collaboration.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and supplies.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation with ERP system.
  • Ensure proper organization, labeling, and storage of materials to optimize warehouse space.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, reducing loss and discrepancies.
Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce safety standards, ensuring all staff adhere to OSHA and company GMP regulations.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse environment.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Operational Efficiency & Reporting
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs, such as inventory accuracy and production orders delivered on time.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare detailed reports on warehouse activities, inventory status, and staff performance for management review.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline operations and support manufacturing schedules.
Customer & Internal Collaborations
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to shipments and inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and products.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least y‑2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, inventory control techniques, and warehouse operational best practices.
  • Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50‑55 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
