Production Manager (Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials)

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Experience & Responsibilities
  • Must have minimum 3+ years of experience with mid to small size companies
  • Must have proficient computer experience, for example, Microsoft Suite products
  • Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Must be skilled with managing and directing employees daily; shift size up to 25+ employees
  • Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, working with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practitioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager
  • Forklift experience
  • Attention to detail is required; supervisor oversees all traceability paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately
  • Correct and report any unsafe conditions
  • Train all employees on your shift
  • Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and keep labor/overtime costs lowest possible
  • Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources
  • Write and issue performance evaluations
  • Willing to work a line to help the team
