Harvest the world’s number one gummy brand in a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility on I‑94 near Kenosha. Lead the plant as the senior executive responsible for strategy, operations, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy and annual operating plan.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring production, quality, packaging, engineering, safety, and continuous improvement targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage the manufacturing budget and capital investment decisions.
• Lead, develop, and sustain a people‑centric culture that benchmarks best‑in‑class performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Chief Operations Officer and other senior leaders.
• Promote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and related regulatory compliance.

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in food or consumer goods manufacturing.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Deep knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and food safety regulations.
• Strong people‑management skills with a focus on inclusive, high‑performance teams.
