Production OperatorThis position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements.
Essential Functions- Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s safety, quality, and throughput standards.
- Completes quality and production reports hourly; performs physical and visual inspection to prevent non-conforming goods; reports defects to team members and leadership.
- Follows safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations diligently.
- Adheres to Niagara’s GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
- Maintains general housekeeping in all production areas.
- Ensures adequate raw materials to minimize downtime.
- Works in all assigned production areas, troubleshooting minor issues and performing relief duties as needed.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on rotating schedules or as needed.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years in manufacturing or similar environment
Note: Experience may include a combination of work and education.
