Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pleasant Prairie, WI

$35–$37/hour + Full Benefits

We’re seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a leading manufacturing operation in the Pleasant Prairie, WI area. In this role, you’ll keep production running smoothly by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Ensure equipment meets operational and safety standards
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting a plus
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, Monday–Friday
