Our client is seeking a dedicated and inspiring leader to oversee their flexible packaging production line during the 1st shift (7 AM- 3 PM). This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence while fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. • Team Leadership & Engagement:
  Build a positive and collaborative team culture by providing guidance, coaching, and regular feedback. Recognize achievements to maintain high morale.
• Production Management:
  Oversee daily operations to meet efficiency and quality standards. Adjust processes as needed to meet deadlines and maintain safety.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Address safety concerns promptly and ensure team training is up-to-date.
• Problem-Solving & Improvement:
  Troubleshoot issues swiftly, collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements, and analyze data for operational optimization.
• Administrative Duties:
  Maintain accurate records, assist with scheduling, and manage shift transitions smoothly.

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years in a supervisory role within the flexible packaging or similar manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of packaging processes and materials.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attributes:
  Empathetic, approachable, and motivated to improve the work environment. Integrity and professionalism are essential.
