Testors is seeking an Engineering Co-Op in Pleasant Prairie, WI for the May–Dec 2027 session. This full-time internship-like role offers hands-on experience in manufacturing, with projects spanning equipment changes, process improvements, and safety enhancements.
You will receive in-depth training on Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SMED and root-cause analysis, and work on real processing, milling, and paint operations to impact efficiency and throughput.
