The New Home Consultant manages the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing.

• Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs.
• Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, products, community features, and demographics.
• Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• Ensure maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
• Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Regular, in-person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. The position is primarily active, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions to and within homesites in the community. Must be able to lift and carry supplies up to 25 pounds.

• Base compensation varies by location and qualifications.
