Job DescriptionOversee the daily operations of the dermatopathology laboratory, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate processing of specimens. Manage laboratory staff and maintain quality control while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and mentor laboratory staff.
- Prepare reports and maintain records.
- Proficiency in histology and immunohistochemistry.
- Lab management experience.
- Pathology expertise.
Skills & Qualifications
- HT or HTL Certification.
- 3 plus years of lab management experience preferred.
- Degree required.
This is a fully onsite first shift position in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
