Annual pay range (Illinois): $29,120 – $58,656. Seasonal duration concludes on January 6th. Pay may vary with experience and skill level. Minimum wage plus up to 10% more.

• Provide excellent customer service following LIDS Sports Group programs.
• Meet or exceed company objectives for individual sales goals.
• Participate in store maintenance: merchandising, signage, and cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the dress code policy.
• Protect company assets within LIDS Retail policies.
• Restock and reset merchandise.
• Adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal communication.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work overhead.
• Ability to stand for the entire work shift.
