Monday – Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical lighting, including tube, bulb and ballast replacement.
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
• Guide contractors and inspectors around our buildings.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of fire systems and generators.
• Available for after‑hours and weekend on‑call services as needed.
