Warehouse Night Shift Stand Up Forklift Operator

Ryder Systems, Inc. is permanently hiring a full‑time Warehouse Stand Up Forklift Operator in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

• Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour
• Second shift bonus: $2.00 per hour
• Pay increase after 6 months: $0.75
• Schedule:
  
  2nd Shift Wednesday – Saturday 4:00 pm – 4:00 am (half day on Wednesday)

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Maintain accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Meet performance measurement guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team player capable of working in a diverse environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with good attendance record
• Low supervision required; high initiative
• Accurate work under pressure
• Ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Can stand for long periods
• Adhere to health and safety methods
• Flexible schedule across shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
