Logistics Coordinator

• Review, audit, and approve domestic parcel, less‑than‑trailer load (LTL), truckload, and import invoices.
• Compare carrier invoices against Uline order information, carrier contracts and shipment documents and record any discrepancies.
• Build relationships with carriers to streamline services and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely carrier payments.
• Run analyses for special projects as requested.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Invoice audit and payment experience, and LTL pricing knowledge preferred.
