• Pay Rate: $99K‑$109K gross per year
• Sign‑On Bonus up to $10K (depending on experience)
• Dispatch 3rd shift

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects before and after each trip; submit DOT inspection reports.
• Review bill of lading and store keys accurately for off‑hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and maneuvering skills.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations; document delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver products to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A)
• Minimum one year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively
