Weber High School - Fine Arts Student Temp

A position has been declared open in the Weber School District at Weber High School for a Fine Arts Student Temp. This is a temporary/seasonal position.

Fine Arts: The Arts and Design Technician is responsible for supporting teaching and learning in the Arts Department (Art, Film, Drama, and Music) and Design Department through the management and maintenance of materials, tools, equipment, and teaching spaces. The technician reports to the Heads of Departments.

Theatre Technician: Theatre technicians are responsible for ensuring that the lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of theatre performances run safely, smoothly, and on time. Technicians make sure that theatre equipment is kept in good working order and that all those using or exposed to it are safe.

Band: The Band Tech assists the Band Director with woodwinds, brass, percussion, color guard, or visual needs. Duties include running sectionals, rehearsals, 1 on 1 teaching, and anything the Director deems fit for the skills of the Tech. The applicant might need to advise the Director as needed but must follow the Director's expectations, decisions, and example. They must maintain a professional demeanor at all times around the students.
