We are currently seeking a full‑time Direct Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team.

Please note, this position is not eligible for remote work and requires presence in the field.

• Represent the EHI brand in assigned residential areas.
• Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to generate interest in energy‑efficient home upgrades.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our product specialists.
• Track and submit leads using company technology.
• Attend weekly training sessions and team development meetings.

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Maintain a professional image and a customer‑focused attitude.
