Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration:
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist with preparing and distributing project documentation (contracts, permits, change orders).
    • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate meetings between project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate records in project management systems.
    • Organize and file invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Support compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Assist in preparing reports for inspections and audits.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience (construction industry experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes.
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
