Business Development Analyst
Bay One Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Business Development Analyst based in Pleasanton, California.
Responsibilities- Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
- Identify and analyze sales and business data necessary to gain insight to optimize and improve sales performance.
- Create interactive data visualizations that allow business leaders to adjust quickly to performance and market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop tools and reporting methods to address sales projections and business requirements to enable management to visualize the state of the business and draw actionable conclusions.
- Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
- Evaluate and create new strategies to hire resources and improve the recruiting processes in order to meet the service level agreements and deliverables established with clients.
- Interact with internal recruiting and client relations team to strategize changes in the process for better customer satisfaction.
- Provide recruiting services in response to client business needs, focusing on company’s growth and profit strategies.
- Collaborate with operational and recruiting staff in the development, deployment, and delivery of recruiting services.
- Help organize events for clients and measure/track success of events, follow up with leads from the events in a timely manner to make sure that their expectations are maintained.
- Partners with HR, operational and Recruitment to make sure they are in compliance with client SLA’s and deliverables.
- Utilize experience to research and assess market opportunities, scale strategies, business development, market strategy and planning for business requirements.
- Requires 50% national travel.
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Arts, Information Technology or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related occupation.
