Main responsibilities:

As an Analyst supporting our in-store business, you’ll play a hands‑on role in evaluating quotes, conducting industry research, and supporting monthly reporting and ad hoc analyses. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence to grow within a dynamic, cross‑functional team. The position is in office 4 days per week and will be based in Boise, Idaho or Pleasanton CA.

• Research & Insight Development
  • Support research efforts to evaluate industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity
  • Assist in synthesizing internal performance data to uncover actionable insights
• Quantitative Analysis
  • Perform market research, gather and synthesize data, and build & execute analyses to inform business decisions
  • Help develop data‑backed recommendations for operational improvements and strategic initiatives
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with teams across strategy, finance, operations, and vendor management
  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a solution‑oriented mindset
• Review and analyze vendor quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreement
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models and weekly & monthly reporting
• Core Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Demonstrated creativity, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines
• Strong written & oral communication skills and comfort presenting insights to stakeholders
• Experience in retail media, digital signage, or advertising technology
• Familiarity with capital planning or vendor management
• Passion for driving operational efficiency and scalable solutions

The salary range is $62,700 to $81,540 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
