Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager for one of our clients in Northern California.

This position will be responsible for coordinating and providing on-site supervision for retrofit work that upgrades clients’ building and other infrastructure systems, including HVAC, controls, lighting, irrigation, and other installations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated successful experience in supervising/managing various construction scopes, and in partnering with subcontractors, building owners, and the rest of the Project Team, with particular emphasis on MEP design and installation.

This position is essential to efficiently meet completion dates and other contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise retrofit work for building and infrastructure systems.
• Ensure successful completion of HVAC, controls, lighting, irrigation, and other installations.
• Partner with subcontractors, building owners, and the Project Team.
• Emphasize MEP design and installation.
• Meet completion dates and other contract requirements efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems.
• General understanding of building codes and related MEP codes.
• Four-year technical degree in Mechanical, HVAC, Construction Management, or related field.
