• Oversee the technical, financial, and administrative execution of construction projects.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and change management.
• Review design documents, prepare estimates and billings, and ensure overall project accuracy and compliance.

• BS in Construction Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of project engineering experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Viewpoint, MS Project, or similar.
• High‑end commercial construction experience in sectors such as healthcare, offices, entertainment, etc.

• Project management experience.
