Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to coordinate field operations for high‑profile warehouse and distribution center construction projects across California. This role reports to the Field Project Executive, Field Operations Manager, and other supervisors.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Maintain quality construction standards and proper construction techniques.
• Review work progress daily and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Implement comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff.
• Ensure adherence to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other compliance requirements.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to secure profitable agreements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality, health and safety standards.
• Excellent knowledge of construction project management software such as Procore.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team building abilities.
• Exceptional problem‑solving abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
